Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification required.
• HVAC trade school certification preferred.
• Solder/Brazing proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Beginner computing skills; able to use a computer/tablet
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work overtime with short notice; occasional weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair residential heating and air conditioning equipment; commission complete systems including identification, wiring, and start-up.
• Test and record results to verify proper operation.
• Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and execute repairs.
• Explain services and repairs to customers and flag concerns to dispatch.
• Coordinate with office for routing; order parts and prepare materials.
• Complete tablet-based paperwork neatly and on time; document work with photos if applicable.
