Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC technician to maintain and repair residential heating and cooling systems to factory and company standards. You'll inspect ductwork, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete system start-ups, documenting results clearly for customers.

Field-based work across occupied homes requires safe practices, punctual scheduling with dispatch, and neat tablet-based reporting.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience of 1+ year.
• EPA Certification.
• Effective English communication (verbal and written).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work overtime on short notice; occasional weekends.
• Soldering/Brazing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair residential heating and cooling systems to manufacturer and company standards.
• Inspect ductwork; keep company tools and materials in safe, serviceable condition.
• Diagnose issues, recommend fixes, and complete repairs to return equipment to peak performance.
• Perform complete system inspections; flag concerns to dispatch and inform customers in plain language.
• Coordinate daily schedule with the office; pre-order and stage parts so every call is ready to go.
• Transport and account for assigned parts, tools, and materials.
• Finish neat, timely documentation on a tablet/laptop; debrief each call with dispatch and the customer.
• Leave each worksite clean; maintain a tidy, organized service vehicle.
