Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a Non-Medical Caregiver to provide in-home support to seniors, helping maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. Each client has a personalized care plan addressing daily activities and wellbeing.

Duties include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, mobility, errands, meals, and emotional support, in a compassionate home environment. Training and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation required; a personal vehicle is preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background checks.
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, dependability, and a caring attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene assistance as part of in-home support.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Mobility assistance including walking and transfers.
• Shopping and errands such as groceries and medication pickups.
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders.
• Emotional support and companionship to promote engagement in daily routines.
