Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is hiring caregivers and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities across the Charlotte metro area.

We offer $16.00–$18.00 per hour with bi-weekly pay, full-time and part-time schedules, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training in a supportive, respectful team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA license or caregiving experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.

Requirements
