Safe Life Home Healthcare, LLC in Lombard, IL, is expanding its CCP services and seeks an experienced Home Care Supervisor/Operations Manager to lead the CCP vertical while supporting current operations.

The role involves administrative, staffing, data/operations, and supervisory duties across CCP initiatives, with a focus on growth and compliance. On-site work with a 40-hour week and day shift is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Experience with office software (Microsoft Office).
• Must pass Homecare Supervisor Certification (3 months).
• IDOA compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties: answer/transfer calls, provide quality customer service, maintain filings, establish CCP vertical, build CCU relationships, manage referrals.
• Staffing duties: recruit, hire/terminate, coordinate pre/post service training, manage caseload up to 50 clients, liaison with vendors.
• Data entry & operations: maintain employee/client data, assessments and visit reports, ensure IDoA compliance, integrate CCP with existing services.
• Supervisory duties: create/update folders, quarterly evaluations, process timesheets, payroll reports, develop CCP procedures.
• Customer service: refer clients to programs, assist with applications, respond within 24 hours, resolve issues efficiently.
