Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare, LLC is expanding in Lombard, IL, seeking an experienced Home Care Supervisor/Operations Manager to lead the CCP vertical while supporting current operations. This role offers significant growth opportunities and requires strong organizational and administrator skills.

You will supervise staff, coordinate client care, manage referrals, and ensure compliance with state requirements, while integrating CCP with existing home health services to improve outcomes for seniors

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication; Spanish or other language a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Prior office experience required.
• Must pass Homecare Supervisor Certification (within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead CCP vertical development and integration with existing home health services.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; manage caseload up to 50 clients.
• Oversee client referrals, documentation, and compliance with IDoA requirements.
• Manage payroll data and timesheets; develop CCP operating procedures.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Home Care Supervisor/Operations Manager to lead our new CCP vertical while supporting existing operations. This role offers significant growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

• Answer and transfer phone calls
• Provide quality customer service
• Maintain filing systems
• Lead the establishment of CCP vertical
• Build relationships with CCUs and community partners
• Manage incoming client referrals

Staffing Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and terminate employees
• Conduct pre-service and in-service training
• Coordinate client care (caseload up to 50 clients)
• Communicate with vendors regarding documentation and service deviations

Data Entry & Operations

• Enter and maintain employee/client data accurately
• Manage client assessments and visit reports
• Ensure compliance with IDoA requirements
• Integrate CCP operations with existing home health services

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Create/update client and employee folders
• Conduct quarterly evaluations
• Process timesheets and manage payroll reports
• Submit accurate payroll data
• Develop operational procedures for CCP services

Customer Service

• Refer clients to appropriate programs
• Assist with service applications
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Resolve client/employee issues efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Strong written/verbal English communication ( Knowledge of Spanish or any other language a plus)
• Exceptional organizational abilities
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Prior office experience
• Must pass Homecare Supervisor Certification (3 months)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the WellSky Personal Care platform (formerly Clear Care)
• IDOA compliance knowledge
• Home care operations experience
• CCP program management experience
• Track record in scaling healthcare operations
