Arcadia Homecare and Staffing in Chico, CA seeks a Service Coordinator to lead scheduling of caregivers, oversee in-home visits, and ensure high-quality service. You will be the go-to problem solver, juggling schedules, supporting field staff, handling client updates, and keeping care plans on track.

The role requires 3–5 years of industry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; $18–$20 hourly.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
• Must have a driver's license to complete in-home supervisory visits.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients.
• Enter and adjust schedules due to client requests, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provide alternate coverage to ensure the client’s care plan is followed.
• Conduct monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Ensure attendance, performance and conduct meet company policies.

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00

Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. • Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client’s care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and conducts home visits as required
• Provides thorough, complete follow-through on escalated client complaints and theft claims
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company’s policies and guidelines
• Ensures the appearance of the branch’s open environment is professional: neat, clean, orderly and generally free of clutter
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
• Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency
• Follows all MCO, Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements
• Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
