Arcadia Home Care & Staffing in Coudersport, PA is seeking a Scheduler/ Supervisor to coordinate in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area. This full-time role offers training, a stable schedule, and a chance to help seniors and people with disabilities live safely at home.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office and scheduling experience.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation (Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake.
• Processes patient authorizations and communicates with central admissions, enters reauthorizations into client record and ensures chart preparation for all new clients.
• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system; manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence; provides alternate coverage to ensure the care plan is followed.
• Provide Client Care; cover a critical client when an aide is unavailable.
• Supervises direct service employees by setting attendance, performance and conduct expectations and enforcing company policies.
• Assists with the new hire process and ensures documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Essential Duties:

• Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake.
• Processes patient authorizations and communicate with central admissions, enter reauthorizations into client record and ensure chart preparation for all new clients.

• Provide Client Care. Able to cover a critical client who does not have a backup in place when an aide is unavailable.
