Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for Home Care on Cape Cod, MA. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, focusing on caregiver scheduling and client coverage to ensure consistent, reliable care.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to manage schedule changes in real time and maintain accurate client and employee records in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume scheduling with home care preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and staff availability.
• Manage real-time schedule changes and communicate updates promptly.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records, including availability and assignments.
• Enter new client and employee information into internal systems.
• Track and update employee attendance.
• Review schedules for payroll and billing accuracy.
• Support daily operations with additional administrative tasks as needed.
