Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience in a physician's office, surgery center, home care agency, or similar healthcare environment.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable professional caregiver experience.
• Ability and willingness to provide direct client care if emergency coverage is needed.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules for clients in the Columbus area.
• Match caregiver skills, personality, availability, and experience with client needs.
• Respond quickly and professionally to call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing situations.
• Coordinate staffing for new client admissions while maintaining continuity of care.
• Communicate schedule updates with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing and care management teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Coach caregivers regarding attendance, scheduling expectations, and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and families.
• Exercise sound judgment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with field coverage to ensure clients never go without care.
