Compassionate Caregivers Home Care - Dublin is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes in the Columbus area. You will perform medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care with dignity and patience, while benefiting from RN clinical oversight and after-hours support.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive benefits; weekend availability may apply, with rotating weekends for full- and part-time

Qualifications

• Background check with no disqualifying codes.
• Clean drug test.
• Valid driver's license.
• Social Security card and work visa, if applicable.
• Proof of car insurance.
• Reliable, clean transportation.
• Ability to handle dementia and Alzheimer's with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, bed baths, shower assistance, toileting.
• Safe transferring and Hoyer lift support.
• Catheter care and ostomy care as needed.
• Accurate documentation and reporting changes to nurses.
