Girling Personal Care is seeking a Supervisor to coordinate in-home care scheduling and supervise caregivers to deliver consistent, high-quality home care. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and a dedication to client safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, reporting, and adapting schedules to meet changing client needs. The position emphasizes leadership, policy adherence, and reliable transportation to perform duties across assigned

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of industry experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel and scheduling software.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee weekly payroll processing for caregivers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Compile, analyze and deliver weekly reports to support operations.
• Adapt work schedules in response to client needs, staff availability and leaves of absence.
• Provide leadership and set expectations for attendance and performance, upholding company policies.
