All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Scheduling Manager (CSM) to oversee client care quality and caregiver scheduling in our Tennessee service area. This role emphasizes timely response to client and staff needs, strong communication, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced home health environment.

The position requires scheduling and supervisory experience, reliability, and the ability to build positive relationships with referral partners.

Qualifications

• Seeking scheduling and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage client/employee needs with urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication; well-organized problem-solver.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction
• Supervise and guide Caregivers who provide direct client care
• Manage employee scheduling, identify problems, and implement proactive solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks
