Job summary

Senior TLC Home Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Home Care Agency Scheduling Coordinator to manage high-volume participant and caregiver schedules and handle a variety of phone calls and admin tasks. The role includes on-call duty and reports to the Home Care Agency Supervisor.

Ideal candidates will have a high school education (associate degree preferred), at least one year in an office setting, and a NC driver's license. Teamwork, strong communication, and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represents Senior TLC Home Care with accurate, helpful information to guests, visitors and staff.
• Develops and coordinates participant and employee schedules.
• Confirms time in ADA Care as back-up when needed.
• Ensures appropriate staffing patterns under the supervisor's direction.
• Follows confidentiality and privacy policies and procedures.
• Assists with completing participant surveys to assess satisfaction.
• Participates in on-call duty after hours and weekends as needed.
• Supports the Home Care Agency Supervisor with delegated tasks.
• Assists with PTO requests for HCA and quarterly chart audits.
• Receives, investigates, and resolves schedule-related grievances.
