Addus HomeCare in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Full Time Service Coordinator Scheduler to join our team. This role supervises in-home care workers and coordinates client schedules within a defined geographic area, ensuring care plans are followed and services run smoothly.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, managing authorizations, and supporting new hires. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required; miles reimbursed and daily pay options are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong scheduling & organizational skills required.
• Ability to recruit and cover shifts in the field.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employees per client care plan as directed.
• Enter/monitor authorizations and reauthorizations in client records.
• Create/adjust work schedules in the scheduling system; cover shifts as needed.
• Provide backup coverage to ensure care plans are followed and services aren’t interrupted.
• Supervise direct service staff and enforce company policies.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and ensure proper documentation.
