Job summary

HomeWell Care Services in Largo, FL is seeking a motivated scheduler/operations assistant to support the office and field staff. The role involves directing calls from clients and caregivers, staffing cases with appropriate caregiver expertise, and processing timecards to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has clerical and scheduling experience, preferably in home care, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multitask in a busy office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with WellSky/ClearCare preferred.
• Scheduling experience in home care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily activities of caregivers and handle inquiries.
• Liaise with clients and caregivers; manage timecards.
• Document caregiver activity in WellSky/ClearCare.
• Support Operations leadership and multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Provide compassionate customer service over the phone.
