Cheer Home Care is seeking a Scheduler to match clients with caregivers, coordinate staffing, and maintain strong communication among caregivers, families, and Cheer managers. The role emphasizes problem-solving, care standards, and weekend on-call coverage within a full-time schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in home care and scheduling, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to pass fingerprint clearance and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years home care experience preferred.
• 2+ years scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163).
• Ability to secure proof of negative TB results.

Responsibilities

• Match clients with caregivers to ensure the best fit.
• Coordinate staffing to meet client needs.
