Cheer Home Care is hiring a Scheduler to work in the Cheer office. The Scheduler is responsible for matchmaking (clients with the perfect caregiver) and will work closely with the recruiting team to find well matched caregivers. Additionally, the scheduler prioritizes the care and safety of both clients and caregivers, schedules the appropriate staff to meet client requirements, monitors staffing levels, and quickly resolves any scheduling issues. Additionally, you will uphold care standards, maintain effective communication with caregivers, families, and Cheer Care Managers, and promote a positive and safe environment for clients and staff alike. You will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position that includes weekend coverage. The typical schedule is between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. The role also includes on-call responsibilities on the weekend, rotating every 3rd or 4th week, with on-call hours from 5:30 p.m. Friday to 7:00 a.m. Monday. Schedule flexibility may be available depending on business needs.
Hourly Rate: $25 - $30 an hour, based on experience
