Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee scheduling aligned with client care plans.
• Oversee and execute weekly payroll processing for caregivers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Compile, analyze, and deliver weekly reports to support operational efficiency.
• Proactively manage and adapt work schedules in response to client needs, staff availability, illnesses, vacations and leaves.
• Provide leadership and direct supervision to service staff, reinforcing attendance, performance and policy compliance.
