Job summary

Brookdale Colorado Springs is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee resident care operations, staffing, and billing within our senior living community. You will coordinate direct care staff, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and drive service excellence for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prefer 1 year experience with older adults or in a healthcare setting.
• Must have knowledge of PCs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensures community is adequately staffed to meet resident’s care and service needs.
• Supervises direct care staff as delegated by manager.
• Communicates staff schedules with at least one week in advance.
• Manages changes in resident needs and updates plans as needed.
• Handles on-call/after-hours business needs as assigned.
• Maintains scheduling and billing systems per company guidelines.
• Completes monthly resident billing accurately and timely.
• Maintains resident charts and documentation per guidelines.
• Covers BAH cases when care associates cannot be secured.
