Elite Home Care in South Carolina is seeking an Evening Scheduler to manage client and caregiver schedules from 12:30pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday. You will serve as the essential link between clients, caregivers, and the office, ensuring smooth scheduling and responsive support.

You’ll answer calls, build and fill shifts, monitor coverage, and communicate assignments to clients and caregivers while collaborating with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.

Formación

• Experience with adults in acute care, residential, or long-term care settings is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.

• Answer phones promptly and professionally to assist clients and caregivers with scheduling needs.
• Build and maintain client schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered.
• Fill open shifts quickly and communicate assignments to clients, caregivers, and responsible parties.
• Monitor missed or late shifts, follow up with caregivers, and keep clients informed.
• Send detailed shift reports to the care team.
• Step in during call-outs to find coverage and keep services consistent.
• Work closely with the operations team to anticipate staffing needs.

Position Summary

As a the Evening Scheduler from 12:30pm-9pm Monday through Friday, you’ll be the key link between clients, caregivers, and our office team. This role is fast-paced and rewarding, requiring strong communication skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. You’ll make sure schedules run smoothly, caregivers are supported, and clients receive the quality care they deserve.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Working with adults in acute care, residential, or long-term care settings.
• Preferred: Experience supporting older adults with Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility: Must be adaptable in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:30 - 9 pm
