Homewatch CareGivers of Lower Bucks County is seeking a Home Care Scheduler/Coordinator to stay calm under pressure and lead the scheduling center. You will manage caregivers and client needs, handle last-minute changes, and match staff to families with professionalism.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to be on-call for after-hours emergencies, with competitive pay and benefits in return.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in home care, healthcare scheduling, or high-pressure staffing roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-moving situations.
• Comfortable being on-call for after-hours/weekend emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing high-volume scheduling across dozens of caregivers and clients.
• Handling call-offs and last-minute changes with speed and clarity.
• Matching caregivers based on client needs and preferences.
• Communicating with families, caregivers, and leadership with professionalism.
• Supporting back-end documentation and service coordination.
• Assisting our after-hours on-call company with rotating evening/weekend availability.

Homewatch CareGivers of Lower Bucks County is on the hunt for a Home Care Scheduler/Coordinator who’s quick-thinking, calm under fire, and two steps ahead of the chaos. This is the nerve center of our agency—and we’re looking for someone who can lead the charge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing high-volume scheduling across dozens of caregivers and clients
• Handling call-offs and last-minute changes with speed and clarity
• Matching caregivers based on client needs and preferences
• Communicating with families, caregivers, and leadership with professionalism and compassion
• Supporting back-end documentation and service coordination
• Assisting our after-hours on-call company with rotating evening/weekend availability
• Filling in for shifts during office hours to fill in with clients if we have exhausted all options

Must-Haves:
