Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, intake, healthcare, or insurance.
• Experience with CRM systems, Zoho preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake calls to understand client needs and caregiver preferences.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, commercial plans).
• Document activity accurately in Zoho CRM.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Skills

Strong phone presence and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple active cases

Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or MCOs

Bilingual English/Spanish
