Job summary

Health, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered nursing services in the home. You will participate in interdisciplinary care planning and follow the care plan established by the Patient Care Coordinator.

The role requires active clinical skills, strong communication, and the ability to document care accurately for compliance and quality improvement. A current RN license in North Carolina and CPR certification are essential, with at least one year of clinical

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with current RN licensure in the relevant state.
• At least one year of clinical experience in acute or long-term care; home health experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practice.
• Excellent clinical skills, effective communication, and computer proficiency.
• Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and reason effectively in patient care planning.
• CPR certified.
