Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a skilled Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, individualized nursing care to patients in their homes while promoting safety, comfort, and independence. Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating care plans, administering medications and wound care, monitoring conditions, educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Current RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous home health, home care, or clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in the home and develop individualized nursing care plans.
