A-Touch-of-Love-Home-Care in Alabama is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality home health care across patients' residences. You will assess health needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, and coordinate with physicians to optimize outcomes.

This role requires travel to patient homes within the assigned service area, a valid RN license, BLS/CPR, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or clinical preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
