Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care seeks an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services in patients' homes. You will participate in interdisciplinary care planning, deliver care according to the plan of care, document services for compliance, and uphold high professional accountability.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience, and strong communication and computer skills. Home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of nursing education from an approved institution.
