Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services in patients' homes, participate in care planning, and promote positive health outcomes.

The role requires NC RN licensure, at least 1 year of clinical experience, CPR certification, and strong communication and documentation skills. Home health experience is preferred and the incumbent will work within an interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
