Job summary

BrioHR Pte Ltd is hiring a Home Care Participant Care Assistant (CNA) in Niles, MI. This full-time position runs 8am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with travel within the Niles area to provide in-home care for PACE participants.

The role supports daily living activities, companionship and comfort, and requires a CNA credential, CPR/BLS or willingness to obtain, and a valid Michigan driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One year of experience with frail or elderly individuals requested.
• Michigan Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• CNA certification is required.
• CPR or BLS certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on in-home care including ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Support mealtime and hydration to promote good health.
• Assist mobility, turning, positioning and safe transfers.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Support housekeeping tasks and transportation as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, responsive support with confidentiality.
• Report changes in condition to leadership promptly.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week | 8am - 4:30pm | Monday - Friday
Department: Home Care | PACE of Southwest Michigan | Niles, MI
Travel Requirements: This role involves regular travel providing Home-Based Care in the Niles, MI area.

What You’ll Do: The Home Care Participant Care Assistant (CNA) provides essential in-home care and assistance to participants enrolled in the PACE program. You will work closely with the Home Care Supervisor to deliver compassionate, person-centered care and support activities of daily living. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care in Their Home – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support Mealtime– Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
• Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Maintain Comfort & Care – Support housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and grocery shopping.
• Provide Responsive Support – Handle cares and respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
