BrioHR Pte Ltd in Ypsilanti, MI, is seeking a Day Center Certified Nurse Aide. This full-time CNA role supports frail elderly participants in our Pace Day Center, providing compassionate, hands-on care under the Day Center Supervisor, in a warm, participant-centered environment.

You will follow individualized Life Plans, assist with ADLs and meals, support mobility, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Must be certified as a Michigan Certified Nurse Aide.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification is desired or obtained within 3 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Hands-On Care – assist with personal care (ADLs) following Life Plan.
• Support Mealtime – assist participants with meals and hydration.
• Keep Things Moving – assist mobility and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Provide Responsive Support – respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes – report changes to the IDT and leadership ASAP.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – maintain confidentiality while delivering care.

Compensation: $18.57 - $20.70 / hour

Description

Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | 8 am - 4:30 pm | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do In This Role:

Make a meaningful difference every day as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our PACE Day Center, providing compassionate, hands-on care and support to frail elderly participants. Working closely with the healthcare team, you will help carry out individualized care plans that promote comfort, dignity, independence, and overall well-being in a warm, participant-centered environment. Under the guidance of the Day Center Supervisor, this role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections while making a lasting impact in the lives of older adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care– Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while following the participant's Life Plan.
• Support Mealtime– Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
• Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Provide Responsive Support – Respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and leadership ASAP.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Must be certified as a Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Michigan.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to provide coverage in the evening and on weekends.
• Have one (1) year experience working with the frail elderly population.
• Valid drivers license.
• CPR certification is desired or obtained within 3 months of employment
