Addus HomeCare in Warrenville, IL is seeking a Supervisor to schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. If you seek a challenging position with the satisfaction of helping older people and people with disabilities live safely at home, this is the job for you!

Bilingual: Ukraine/Russian languages is a noted requirement. Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and drives field recruiting and hiring processes.
• Oversee the new hire process and ensure timely documentation.
• On-board and train branch Administrative employees.
• Schedules employees as per client care plans at intake.
• Processes patient authorizations and manages reauthorizations.
• Creates and adjusts work schedules to follow care plans.
• Supervises direct service employees per company policies.
• Assist with new hire documentation and onboarding.
