Right at Home Chico is seeking an experienced Office Manager to help lead our growing home care team in Chico, CA. You’ll oversee daily operations, support caregivers and clients, and help our organization deliver exceptional service.

This leadership role combines hands-on management with process improvement, HIPAA compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with ownership to drive growth and high-quality care for seniors in our community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in home care, senior care, or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising or coaching employees.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• HIPAA familiarity and healthcare documentation.
• Experience with scheduling, EMR/CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily office operations and ensure exceptional client service.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules, client needs, and service changes.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-quality caregivers.
• Monitor client care plans and service delivery.
• Build relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation.
