Right at Home is seeking a Client Experience Leader to own our most important relationships—clients, families, and caregivers—while guiding the three-person administrative team and coordinating care.

You will grow service hours, ensure flawless client-caregiver matching, and drive revenue by identifying opportunities for billable hours, hiring and training caregivers, and partnering with community providers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Ability to drive revenue growth through service hours and client care.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold accountable the administrative team and caregiver staff.
• Own client and family relationships—assess needs, develop care plans, ensure extraordinary ongoing care.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to increase billable service hours.
• Ensure proper client-caregiver matching and scheduling with no gaps.
• Hire, onboard, train, and support professional caregivers.
• Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners.
