Qualifications

• Experience in private duty home care administration and client intake workflows.
• Ability to work on-site at DeLand office (112 West Indiana Ave, STE 102).
• Proficiency with EVV, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational workflows to ensure efficiency, quality control, and client satisfaction.
• Supervise office staff and caregivers, maintaining clear performance expectations and operational metrics.
• Manage scheduling to optimize roster coverage, minimize unfilled hours, and maintain low open-shift rates.
• Ensure AHCA compliance and conduct regular audits of client care documentation and records.
