Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate staffing schedules, supervise operational teams, implement workflow systems, and ensure regulatory compliance within a home care agency environment.

You will lead schedulers, participate in recruiting, and oversee client service delivery per care plans while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and structured operations to improve care quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in staffing and operations or related field.
• Proven skills in organization, problem-solving, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring client service requests are fulfilled according to the Plan of Care/Aide Care Plan and client preferences
• Providing direction and supervision to a team including schedulers, participate in recruiting and hiring
• Ensuring job performance complies with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Call, meet with and enroll potential new clients
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents
• Prepare updates to policies and procedures as directed
• Implementing and monitoring workflow systems and control mechanisms
• Participating in agency quality improvement activities and attending required meetings and educational programs
