Atlantic AllCare in Florida is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee patient-centered operations including client intake, caregiver scheduling, and office management. Qualifications

• Excellent customer experience skills.
• Home Health or Home Care management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with longterm care insurance companies and client intake.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience acceptable.
• At least 2 years of related office management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with office software, scheduling systems, and electronic records management.
• Familiarity with state and federal home health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing operations including customer experience, client intakes, caregiver scheduling, and office management.
• Coordinating caregivers to meet client needs and ensuring timely staffing of new cases.
• Serving as main contact for client insurance verification and service coverage.
• Recording staff information such as personnel data, shift worked, pay rate, etc.
• Being primary contact for clients, caregivers, and prospective clients; handling inquiries.
• Maintaining records for clients and caregivers with compliance documentation.
• Participating in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new caregivers.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, AHCA, and state/federal home health regulations.
• Managing office supplies, payroll data, staff meetings, and general administration.
• Occasionally participating in after-hours on-call duties for urgent scheduling.
• Supporting marketing, client acquisition, and community outreach as needed.
