Job summary

Home Instead Northbrook seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the office team, and drive growth while ensuring exceptional home care services. You will manage scheduling, onboarding, and client coordination in a fast-paced environment, aligning with company goals and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in home care leadership, a track record of team development, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

5–10 years of leadership experience in home care.
Experience managing teams and multiple operational functions.
Familiarity with Illinois home services regulations and compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and home care management software.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and service delivery.
Lead office staff across scheduling, recruiting, HR, client services, and admin.
Establish and maintain effective processes, policies, and procedures.
Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
Ensure adequate staffing and professionally manage escalations.
