• Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare operations, care coordination, staffing or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SOPs, workflows, checklists, or improving operational processes is preferred.

• Organizes and supports day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient and well-structured.
• Develops, documents, and maintains SOPs, checklists, and workflows to improve consistency.
