Job summary

Civility Home Care LLC in Danbury, CT is seeking an experienced Business Operations & Growth Manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth for the home care agency. You will supervise staff, optimize scheduling, billing, and client services, and develop new client opportunities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office and home care operations.
• Supervise administrative, scheduling and client-care staff.
• Ensure schedules and client services are properly maintained.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and staffing activities.
• Monitor billing, collections and accounts receivable.
• Assist with payroll preparation and review.
• Monitor expenses, vendors and operational costs.
• Address client and caregiver concerns.
• Maintain high standards of service quality.
• Oversee new client starts and client retention.
• Develop referral relationships and new business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources.
• Help increase active clients, billable hours and company revenue.
• Ensure required reports and operational deadlines are completed.
• Step in to assist with essential duties when staff are unavailable.
• Provide regular operational updates to the Owner/Administrator

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage staff, solve operational problems, improve efficiency, maintain excellent client service, and help grow the business.

Responsibilities

Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

$28.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
