The role requires three years of supervisory or management experience in home care, an Associates degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and a proven ability to direct operations, budgeting, and frontline staff. You will build strong partnerships with families and caregivers and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Three years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred.
• Minimum Associate degree; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills.
• Exemplary customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the home care business.
• Lead office team and manage hiring and performance.
