Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Home Care Administrator to oversee the office facility and day-to-day operations. The Branch Manager will ensure efficient office functioning and resolve issues related to administrative operations for consumers and employees.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree and at least two years of home healthcare supervisory experience, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to drive performance and compliance across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all departments within the agency.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain staff files and annual competency reviews.
• Analyze KPIs to meet weekly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Review payroll reports and scheduling to optimize hours.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain an emergency management plan.
• Lead efforts to promote talent development and accountability.
• Perform duties assigned by management.
