Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing changes with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients, families, caregivers, hospitals, and referral partners.
• Support new client inquiries and create a compassionate, professional first impression.
• Maintain daily operations through documentation, communication, follow-up, and coordination.
• Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues before they affect client care.
• Build strong relationships with caregivers and promote accountability and service quality.
• Participate in rotating evening and weekend on-call shifts as part of leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen agency operations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing changes with urgency and professionalism


• Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients, families, caregivers, hospitals, and referral partners


• Support new client inquiries and create a compassionate, professional first impression


• Keep daily operations running smoothly through documentation, communication, follow-up, and administrative coordination


• Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues before they affect client care


• Build strong relationships with caregivers while promoting accountability and exceptional service


• Participate in a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule as part of the leadership team


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen agency operations
