BrightStar Care of Salt Lake City is hiring an RN for in‑home care in Park City, UT.
Available shifts: Mon–Thu 2:30pm–7pm; Fri–Sun 1pm–7pm; Sat–Mon 7pm–7am. You will oversee medication, perform home assessments, and adjust plans of care with families.
Requirements include at least 1 year of neurological and 1 year of home health nursing, Utah RN license, CPR, TB test or chest X‑ray, valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 pounds.

Client is a 21-year old male with a TBI. He is wheelchair bound, limited speech, hemiplegic, neurological and/or behavioral health experience a must.
We are looking for an RN who is interested in the following:
Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care
Provide in home assessments
Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
Collaborate with client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns
Total personal cares
