Always Best Care Senior Services- Napa Solano is seeking a field-based Home Care Marketing & Business Development Representative to grow partnerships and referral networks across Solano and Napa counties.

You will build relationships with local facilities and providers, develop strategic plans, attend events, and collaborate with intake and operations to ensure smooth client transitions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently.
• Enjoy in-person outreach, presentations, coordinating networking events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with assisted living or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

• Develop and execute a strategic plan targeting high-value referral sources.
• Maintain knowledge of local facilities, contacts, and referral processes.
• Develop partnerships with referral sources.
• Attend and coordinate networking events.
• Meet weekly in person to discuss goals with clear objectives.
• Track all activity, contacts, and referrals in our CRM.
• Work closely with intake and operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Share insights on referral trends and opportunities.
• Uphold the agency’s reputation in the community.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a field-based, territory ownership role where your personality, hustle, and consistency matter. You won’t be stuck behind a desk; you’ll be out in the community, building connections, creating partnerships, participating and hosting networking events and making an impact every single day. This is not a “drop off brochures and check a box” kind of job.

What You’ll Do:

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance-based compensation structure
• Base salary of $70,000 during ramp period (paid bi-weekly)
• Commission + bonus structure with uncapped earning potential
• Car allowance provided
