Always Best Care Senior Services | Solano & Napa Counties is seeking a compassionate Quality Care Coordinator to support seniors with exceptional care experiences. You will build relationships with clients and families, conduct in-home assessments, and collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless service.

Ideal candidates have experience in home or senior care, strong communication, and an organized, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, senior care, care coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented personality.
