Qualifications

• 2+ years of home care experience.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
• Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems).
• ASAP experience is a plus.
• Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of home care services (HHA, CNA, PCA, Homemaker, Companion).
• Manage scheduling and ensure strong client–caregiver matches.
• Maintain communication with clients, families, and care teams.
• Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
• Handle reports, documentation, and payroll prep.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
