Arcadia Home Care & Staffing in Westerville, OH is seeking a Recruiter to coordinate and improve branch recruitment programs. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while ensuring onboarding and compliance.

Position Summary: The Recruiter coordinates and utilizes the functional areas of recruitment, in conjunction with sales plan, to anticipate client requests for home care and staffing personnel. The recruiter will utilize experience and judgment to plan and continuously improve branch recruitment program and processes. This position is required to contribute to the established company revenue goals through the performance of the outlined duties and responsibilities.

Hours: Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. No On Call Requirement.

Essential Duties:

• Coordinates staffing requirements and provides recruitment support to the Agency Director, State Recruiter, and Human Resources.
• Coordinates and manages the field recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and offer extension, including explanation of compensation and benefits using preselected data and systems.
• Initiates and coordinates pre-employment and offer presentation processes, including interviews, assessment testing, reference checks, and background checks and related human resource documents.
• Conducts initial candidate screenings and oversees reference checks, criminal background checks, assessment testing, orientation, and other onboarding activities under the direction of leadership.
• Maintains active employee files and ensures ongoing compliance, to include filing in EMR and paper charts.
• Identifies recruiting trends and innovative techniques to maintain competitive hiring practices.
• Audits new hire packets to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Coordinates new hire orientation by preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, processing ID badges, and addressing employee questions and concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements & Competencies:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience with high volume recruiting process required
• At least 1 year of home care experience required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Results driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism
