The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and strong communication as you guide new hires through onboarding, training coordination, and documentation. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, HR, healthcare, home care, admin, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review applications and resumes.
  • Conduct caregiver interviews and assess candidates based on experience, availability, skills, and client-care needs.
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform background checks and required pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and hiring records.
  • Conduct new-hire onboarding appointments.
  • Complete and review required new-hire paperwork.
  • Enter new employees into required company systems and software.
  • Ensure employees are properly set up and ready to begin working.
  • Coordinate required training and orientation.
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete onboarding documentation.
  • Monitor employee credentials and required documentation.
  • Track expiring IDs, certifications, licenses, and other documents.
  • Contact caregivers regarding renewals and ensure updated documentation is received.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and compliance records.
  • Complete and follow up on employment and job verifications.
  • Assist with ensuring employee records remain current and complete.
  • Communicate with caregivers regarding outstanding documentation and compliance requirements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Position: Full-Time, Hourly

Position Overview

The Recruiter / Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and hiring caregivers, conducting interviews and onboarding appointments, and ensuring new and existing employees have all required documentation and information up to date.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
