Home Helpers of Summit is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in Short Hills, NJ, who already has established ties with local nursing homes, rehab facilities, and hospices. You will own the referral pipeline, shape how we show up in the community, and drive agency growth through relationships and strategic outreach.

This role offers uncapped commission, the chance to influence care access for families, and close collaboration with leadership across a growing home care team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or healthcare outreach.
• Existing, active relationships in the local facility community.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs and familiarity with MCOs.

Responsibilities

• Generate a steady flow of home care referrals from nursing homes, rehab facilities, hospices, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations across the local territory.
• Develop outreach strategies across channels including facility visits, events, vendor fairs, partnerships, and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with leadership to sharpen market positioning and communicate differentiators.
• Coordinate with recruiting and operations so the pipeline translates into staffed, served clients.
• Track outreach and referral activity and provide weekly updates on pipeline health.
