Home Helpers is seeking a motivated Home Care Consultant to grow the agency via referrals, outreach, and client conversions. You will work with families from inquiry through start of care, building strong partnerships with healthcare and community referral sources.

This full-time role covers Southeast Wisconsin, requires travel, and emphasizes proactive relationship building and results-driven performance. You will collaborate across departments to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of

Competenze

2+ years in business development, sales, marketing, outreach or healthcare.
Healthcare or home care experience strongly preferred.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience managing a referral pipeline and CRM.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
Generate referrals through visits, calls, emails, networking and events.
Respond to inquiries and manage leads through consultation and start of care.
Conduct in-home and virtual consultations and recommend care options.
Maintain follow-up with clients and partners and track outcomes in CRM.
Support onboarding and service delivery across teams; travel within SE Wisconsin.
